Week 2 Summary

Going slowly but surely, stoked with all the donations and support from everyone, thankyou. Did a little picture for the mymarathon group page on facebook. So many stories there from all over the motu. BTW that was just the warm up track, I did another 3.5kms 4-a-side in the rain and mist. 

Week 1 Summary

I'm trying to do all my KM's playing football. Wednesday night didn't go as long as I had hoped. Only 7 of us turned up in the rain. Saturday's result was a 2-2 draw, I did get a run up-front, which didn't help the distance. Sundays run around didn't happen. I'm blown away but the support, thank you to everyone that has sponsored me so far.

Support my challenge to save Kiwi hearts

This May, I’m taking part in MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research that will help save lives.

Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease.

Heart disease is the single biggest killer in New Zealand, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Kiwis whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.
