Halfway to the goal of 42Km and feeling great!
While out walking a local track I found a chestnut and heard some Tui!
Looking forward to my next steps out in the fresh air, wonder what I'll find on my walk.
Thank you to the folks from the Square Edge Age concern exercise group that have donated to the Heart Foundation.

1st Blog

I am so inspired by a family whose baby was born with a heart condition.
 He recently received a new heart. The mahi that was required by all to make this happen has been mind-blowing. 
Now I start my mahi to raise funds for this amazing cause.

Support my challenge to save Kiwi hearts

This May, I’m taking part in MyMarathon to raise funds for heart research that will help save lives.

Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease.

Heart disease is the single biggest killer in New Zealand, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Kiwis whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.

Please make a donation to support my challenge and help save Kiwi hearts.

Together, we can win the race against heart disease.
