Every 90 minutes, a person dies of heart disease.

Heart disease is the single biggest killer in New Zealand, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Kiwis whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.

Good luck Se, Pau a O le selegi πŸ˜‚ hopefully it helps xx Stay safe, keep hydrated, wear tights to prevent chaffing to the auagas πŸ˜‚, wear thick socks, have a music playlist ready for entertainment, have energy gels for each 5/10km handy, sunscreen and sun hat (we love a sunsafe walker), wear skin tight top to prevent chaffing to the aoaos πŸ˜‚, stretch prior and have a good warm up for an easier recovery, warm down and stretch after, hot and cold recovery following your walk, practice your walks and taper down closer to date with enough rest prior (really taper down 1-2 weeks prior) carb load the day before to have energy stored ready to go! HAVE FUN - I hope you enjoy the journey xx
