Ko te pae tawhiti whāia kia tata,

Final word for my blog, thank you all my sponsors for your generosity, thoughts, and kindness it is much appreciated.

My final words of encouragement for my blog. Get rid of the darkness in our heads, to make room to love the ones that we have.

Ko te pae tata whakamaua kia tīna

Pai Marire.

Eke Panuku, Eke Tangaroa

If ever in need just close your eyes and call out to your tuupuna.

                             Eka Panuku, Eke Tangaroa

Get up, stand up, stand up for your right.

Stand up and be counted. Don't give in to our own weakness. Fight everything in our heads. Mauri Ora!

Get up, stand up, don't give up the fight.

Ko te kai a te rangatira

Relationships are hard work, so lots of aroha, koorero, and pono are needed.

                                             He kōrero

Mā ngā huruhuru

Understand the many hats we wear as parents and prosper.

                                    Ka rere te manu

Ko te manu e kai ana i te miro nōnā te ngahere.

What are we letting feed our minds? Will it help us go forward or will it make us crash and burn?

Ko te manu e kai ana i te mātauranga nōnā te ao.

Tōku reo, tōku ohooho

You may not know your language, but your language knows you.

You may not know your mountain, but your mountain knows you.

You are enough because your tupuna made it so.

             Tōku reo, tōku māpihi maurea.

Whatungarongaro te tangata

Enjoy today, tomorrow may never come!

                               toitū te whenua

Inā kei te mōhio koe ko wai koe, i anga mai koe i hea,

Learn your strengths, to enhance your weakness.

Kei te mōhio koe, kei te anga atu ki hea!

Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi,

He Maaori ahau, I come with my past, present, and future my whakapapa.

                                 Engari he toa takitini

Kotahi te kōhao o te ngira

Aroha fits in every gender, every race, and every reo, aroha holds no boundaries.

E kuhuna ai te miro mā, te miro pango, te miro whero

Ki te kotahi te kākaho ka whati,

Asking for help does not mean your weak.....

Ki te kāpuia, e kore e whati

Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery,

If affects the wellbeing of yourself or your whaanau, then its time to make change.

Only ourselves can free our minds!

Waikato-taniwha-rau

Life provides ups and downs, what defines who we are is how we approach it all.

He piko, he taniwha  He piko, he taniwha.

Ko Tainui te waka, Ko Pirongia te maunga, Ko Waipa te awa, Ko Waikato te iwi

Even though I may have completed the task, I am not done there is more room for improvements.

Ko Ngati Apakura te hapu, Anei he kanohi ora o raatau maa,
                                       Tihei mauri ora!

He kākano āhau

Children of Israel we′ve got to survive, Children of Israel we've got to stay alive.

Survival is the game and its still the same in creation even amoung nations.

None shall escape the judgement, those persecutors of Israel right from the throne of Zion

to the rivers of Babylon. I walked the valley of darkness and i will fear no evil.

The hotter the battle the sweeter the victory. Proud to be Maaori

                I ruia mai i Rangiātea

Ko tō wairua ki tō Atua,

Always have a higher power, one that leads you to the wright path. Not one that leads you into a defect.

                         Naanaa nei ngaa mea katoa!

Ko tō ngākau ki ngā tāonga a ō tīpuna Māori

Maaori principles of wellbeing are true and valid.

 Hei tikitiki mō tō māhuna

E tipu e rea mo ngā rā o tō ao. Ko tō ringa ki ngā rākau ā te Pakeha...

Admitting I don't know everything, allows me to continue to learn.... being 21 and all!
                                Hei ara mō tō tinana.

Tama noho, tama mate!

Every day provides an opportunity, I am learning to not let them go by. Never to old to learn.

                                   Tama Tu, tama Ora!

Maaku anoo e hanga tooku whare!

Thankful to be alive, loving life, love my wife my rock, build the whare strong. Ko te taahuhu, he hiinau, ko ngaa pou he maahoe, he patatee.

Mehemea ka moemoea ahau, ko ahau anake!

A late hikoli yesterday afternoon, goes with late post today. Thankful to have whaanau and many other taonga.
Mehemea ka moemoea a tatau, ka taea tatau, Pai Marire.

He aha te mea nui?

In the rain even, day two 3.87 Kms as long as the heart is still pumping. He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.

He iti he pounamu

Ahakoa, he iti he pounamu/ Although it is small it is precious.

The starting of a new month that brings something new every day no matter how small it is a gift.

2.35 Kms in the morning and a little more in the afternoon who knows?

Support my challenge to save Kiwi hearts

I am doing this hikoi in memory of my mum, my dad, my bro Ed, my sis Julie, my niece Tuwane and all my whaanau that have passed on to that better place due to heart complications.

Kaore ahau e warewaretia.
